Value based Learning
The curriculum of AIKYA VIDYA is a synthesis of academic and value-based learning. The post-school education centres of AIKYA VIDYA cater to students of Grades 1 to 10. The sessions are systematically organized every evening.
Hare Krishna Movement is proud to say that women from rural areas are coming forward to take the training to be teachers and in turn, motivate children to achieve woman empowerment and children’s education.
The teachers are also residents who are trained by Hare Krishna Movement and are paid a monthly honorarium for teaching in the AIKYA VIDYA centres. The teachers spend quality time with the children focusing on both fronts i.e, school work and values-based teaching.
